Next Murasaki Penguin project is a light installation ‘Shima for Wellington’ at Wellington Lux Festival, New Zealand.

元のアイディアは2011年Underbelly Arts Festivalで制作・発表されたShimaがベースになっています。（以下写真、詳しくはShimaの作品ページ）
We make a new flower installation for Wellington Lux. This time will be floating on the water at the harbour! That will be great and hard work. We will use washi paper from Ozu Washi.
Wellington Luxでは新しく花を作ります。今回はウェリントンハーバーの水上に浮かせる予定です！ああ楽しみだけど大変なのです。小津和紙さんの店員さんに丁寧に選んで頂いた和紙で花を作ります。
Everything has to be waterproof this time. We put resin onto the petal.
水上なので全て防水にならないといけないのです。なので樹脂でコーティングをします。
