Our stage manager Yokoyama san made David’s complicated requests possible with his passion, professional skills and attitude. It was impossible to make Night Walk without Yokoyama san. Once again thank you!

We would like to thank Kaho Kogure, who is a brilliant dancer. Anna and Kaho met at university a long time ago. Anna had been considering the Night Walk concept, partially based on the night of the 14th of March 2020 after a big show ended. Anna was walking through a park in Liverpool, Sydney, standing on the grass resting 2 large bouquets on her arms, lit by moonlight, with feelings of accomplishment, exhaustion and hopelessness.
そして、輝かしいダンサー、小暮香帆さん。杏菜と香帆は同じ大学で出会い長い間お互いを知っていました。今回Night Walkのコンセプトを考えるにあたって、2020年3月14日の夜、大きな公演が終わった日の夜の事が挙げられます。杏菜はシドニーのリバプールの公園を歩いていた時、２つの大きな花束を抱え、草の上に立ち止まり、月に照らされて、達成感と疲労感と失望感でいっぱいでした。
Anna drew Kaho into this image and Kaho perfectly embodied what Anna asked for on the levels of choreography, concept, spacial composition and context. Night Walk turned out to be a work of rich, intense, technical movement requiring a high degree of skill to perform. We thank Kaho for her contribution to the work.
そのイメージを思った時に、杏菜は香帆を思い出し、香帆は完璧に杏菜の振付、コンセプトや情景、空間構成そして背景を体現しました。Night Walkは高度なスキルを要する、豊かで上質で、恐ろしく、強く、技術的な動きを持つ作品になりました。香帆の多大な尽力に感謝をしたいです。
We are looking forward to perform Night Walk in many places in the future.
